THE HAUSER FAMILY - A WINNING COMBINATION
The HAUSER family have Motor Racing in their blood, Geof Hauser of Hauser Race Cars, who designs and builds Championship Winning Race Cars from the ground up, Sylvia Hauser being referred to as the "Queen of British Doorslammers" (race cars with doors!) in the sport of National Drag Racing. During her career, 13years of National and International Competitions was the most successful driver in the sport, where she raced against the guys, taking so many National, Class and Special Award titles over and over again. One major achievement was the taking of the most prestigious RAC MSA Overall Championship THREE TIMES never achieved by anyone prior or since!
Sylvia's sons, Scott and Jay have both achieved National Titles in the same sport, Scott taking the National Championship twice, obviously following in mum's footsteps with the need for speed! Scott (of course) achieved the fastest Elapsed Time in Europe for the Class.
Hauser Race Cars, based in Northamptonshire built and maintained the cars for Sylvia and both the boys, which was obviously a winning combination.
Scott, an "A" student is presently studying for his HND in Mechanical Engineering at Northampton University and is well on his way to achieving top honours in his class.
Scott is also very articulate and inventive, building model cars from scratch, self designed without the aid of any parts from the "kits" you can buy.
His total dedication to his College Course work and the maintenance of his Radio Controlled Race Cars takes up all of his time,
he is constantly working on one or the other,
he knows if one is to succeed then 100%
must be given at all times.
